Shipping & Handling

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location. Orders shipped in the continental U.S. take about 3-4 business days.


Orders

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, email customer support at contact@unashamedunafraid.com

The customer is responsible for ensuring that their order information (product style, size, etc.) & shipping information is correct prior to confirming their order. We are unable to change the item details for an order once it has been placed. If you need to change your shipping address, please email contact@unashamedunafraid.com with your order confirmation number, and we will try to change it prior to it being shipped.


Returns

We don’t offer returns and exchanges. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at contact@unashamedunafraid.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
